How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, email us at rentals@eflow.org with your booking reference number. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Renter Cancellations vs. Our Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking (vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full 100% refund regardless of the cancellation timing. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find alternatives where feasible.

Trip insurance is strongly recommended for long trips or during peak season. We are not responsible for losses due to weather, travel delays, or personal circumstances.
