What You Don't Need to Worry About
You don't need to figure out propane, water hookups, or any of the RV operating stuff before you arrive. We do a 15-minute walkthrough at pickup that covers everything: how to dump tanks, how to plug into shore power, how to use the awning. By the time you leave, you'll feel ready.
Damage and Cleaning
Normal wear and small mishaps are expected — we don't charge for that. Returning the vehicle dirty inside (food spills, mud everywhere, garbage) does come with a cleaning fee. Keep it broom-clean and we're square.
